Festive fascinator hat
Want something extra-special to wear to a wedding, a party, or just for fun? We’ll teach you how to make a gorgeous festive ‘fascinator’ headpiece using fabric, feathers and other trimmings of your choice. All materials provided; please bring a packed lunch.
