Painted silk scarf
Clear, vibrant colours graced the catwalks this season, especially in dip-dyed and batik garments. You’ll create a beautiful silk scarf using bold designs, folding and tying techniques, wax resist, vibrant silk paint, plus delicate beaded embellishments. All materials included.

Fabric printing workshop
Want to learn to print on fabric? We’ll teach you how, using readily-available materials and simple techniques you can do at home. You’ll take home one or two completed (and machine washable) items, plus the know-how to print many more. Please bring one or two light-coloured fabric items (T-shirts, tote bags, pillowcases or babygros) or purchase at the workshop for £5 each. We’ll provide all other tools and materials including fabric paints, brushes, sponges, and plenty of practice fabric.

Show off a fashionable handbag designed and created by you! Using colourful wool fibers plus warm, soapy water, you’ll learn traditional felt-making skills and take home a unique bag for everyday use or for special occasions.
