Get started with this fundamentals class, in which you’ll:
- Make white farmhouse & wholemeal soda breads
- Learn variations on these basic themes
- Understand yeasted and non-yeasted bread baking
- Use proper kneading techniques
- Demystify flours and make your own buttermilk!
- Take home what you bake plus recipes & variations
- Get tips on best equipment for home baking

With a particular love of baking and a passion for good honest food, Vicki is well versed in the art of bread making and is delighted to be sharing these skills at The Make Lounge.
