Crocheted gadget cozy

Protect your phone, iPod, or other gadget from scratches with this clever little crocheted pouch with button closure. You’ll learn how to crochet, using simple stitches and ‘working in the round’ to create a flower. All materials provided. No previous crocheting experience required. Please bring your item so you can size your cozy to fit.

Emma Seddon learned to knit and patchwork from her mother and grandmother and never looked back. After studying knitted textiles at Central St Martins College of Art and Design, she worked for the next 12 years as a textile designer. “I spent most of my spare time knitting, crocheting, sewing, and perusing charity shops for patterns and the odd ball of yarn,” she says. In 2004, Emma went freelance to pursue her love of knitting and crocheting full-time. She currently consults for Rowan and other clients, teaches at local colleges, and designs for several knitting and crochet books.
